Catchy

Catchy is a cartoon arena brawler built around one big idea: your hook. Two teams face each other across an impassable river, and the only way over is to throw your hook, snag a rival and drag them to your side of the arena. Then it is time to fight. Free, with nothing to buy and no ads.

How a match plays

• Aim and throw your hook across the river. Land it and your target is yanked straight to you
• Ricochet your hook off the walls to reach rivals hiding behind cover. Hits from long range land harder
• Rescue teammates by pulling them out of an enemy hook, and finish off anyone who is already caught in someone else's hook
• Close in on the rival you caught and use your bite to keep them pinned
• Hook the runes that appear in the river for short boosts such as extra damage, speed, shields and healing
• Earn gold from fights and rescues, then spend it at your team's shop to upgrade your hook's damage, speed, range and size
• Win by reaching the kill goal first, or by leading the score when the clock runs out. The room host picks the match length and the kill goal

Play your way

• Online rooms: create a private room and share its name and password with your friends, or join a public one. Each team holds up to 8 players, so rooms go up to 8v8
• Bots: the room host can add bots to open slots and choose their difficulty, from Easy to Hard
• Profile: see your wins and losses, kills and deaths, hook accuracy and your last matches
• An account and an internet connection are required to play

Four cartoon heroes

Blorb, Zorb, Moxie and Grub step into the arena with their own looks and animations: paint-splattered Blorb in a domed helmet, round one-antenna Zorb with a tool belt, lanky Moxie with braided antennae and big sneakers, and goggle-wearing green Grub. Each comes in four colour skins: Default, Candy, Space and Lava. Every hero and skin is free for everyone.

• Lobby chat masks bad language in English and Turkish
• Report a player from the lobby and our moderators review what they wrote in that room's chat
• Block a player to hide their messages from you on your device
