About Gloomrush
Gloomrush is a fast, fully offline roguelite where you survive the night. Your weapons fire on their own, you do the dodging, and every level-up makes you a little more dangerous. The night is long, the crowd never ends, and you are the last hunter standing. Hold out for 30 minutes and, when the sun comes up, you win. No ads.
How a run works
- Move with one thumb. Weapons attack automatically, so all your attention goes to staying alive and picking the right upgrade
- Defeat monsters, collect the gems they drop and level up: every level-up offers a choice of upgrades
- Carry up to six weapons at once. Max one out while holding its matching item and it evolves into a far stronger form
- Open treasure chests, eat roast meat to heal and snatch up gold along the way
- Face towering bosses like the Chained Zombie Giant and the Magma Golem
Weapons and evolutions
Swing a sword, throw silver daggers, hurl holy water, fling blood crescents or summon a swarm of bats. Five weapons lead to five evolutions (Crimson Moon Blade, Silver Rain, Holy Flood, Blood Storm and Night Wings), and eight items let you mix and match your build.
Heroes and stages
Start as the Crimson-Cloaked Hunter, a young dhampir with a sword and a grudge. Earn achievements to unlock the Blood Mage, the Silver Hunter and the Sister, each with a different starting weapon and playstyle. More achievements open new stages, from the Crypt Garden and the Forgotten Graveyard to the Frozen Valley, the Scorching Desert, the Sunken Ruins and the Spider Nest.
Permanent upgrades
Every run earns gold. Spend it on permanent upgrades such as Might, Vitality, Magnet, Growth and Revival, and reset them whenever you want to try a different build.
